The AUTOBAG® range: a machine for every stage of your operation

From a tabletop bagger that replaces the first packing bench to a hybrid system running kerbside-recyclable paper mailers — six machines, one platform philosophy: fewer moving parts, faster changeovers, and print-and-pack in a single step.

Every machine below is a current-production AUTOBAG® system. Cycle speeds are the manufacturer's maximum cycling capability — real-world throughput on hand-load work is usually set by the operator, which is exactly what the ROI calculator models. Use “Model in calculator” on any machine to preset a realistic operator pace, then drop in the machine price from your quote.

AUTOBAG® PS 125 & PS 125 OneStep

The first step out of hand packing: a hand-load tabletop bagger and sealer that brings automatic bag indexing and consistent seals to low- and mid-volume lines — without needing a compressed-air supply.

  • All-electric, quiet, and small enough for a packing bench (56 × 48 cm, 37 kg)
  • Locking turntable with AutoThread™ makes bag-roll changeover a one-person job
  • Seal by footswitch, Push-to-Seal™ or fully automatic cycle; job storage for quick recall
  • OneStep version adds a built-in imprinter with next-bag-out printing of graphics, text and barcodes

Best for: pharmacy and catalogue orders, kitting, and any operation packing a few hundred orders a day that isn't ready for a floor-standing machine.

High-speed bagger · Flagship

AUTOBAG® 500

The flagship bagger: an automatic filling and sealing machine cycling at over 100 bags per minute, engineered around uptime, safe hand-loading and a very small count of moving parts.

  • Inherently safe design — no light curtains or double palm switches needed for hand-load work
  • Configurable left- or right-hand access to the HMI, cycle switch and bag loading area
  • AutoTouch™ screen with tutorials, diagnostics and live performance monitoring
  • Open design integrates with counters, scales, infeeds and conveyors; add AutoLabel 500P™ for a complete Print-and-Pack™ station
  • 45° tilt option for long or delicate products; casters and height adjustment as standard

Best for: high-volume packing of small to medium items where raw speed and uptime matter most — parts, accessories, single-SKU fulfilment.

AUTOBAG® 550

The 500 platform with a thermal-transfer imprinter positioned directly over the next bag to be loaded — the address or job data is printed on the very bag the operator fills next, so a separate labelling step disappears.

  • Next-bag-out printing prevents product queuing and cuts label waste
  • Built for frequent product and label changeovers — short runs and build-on-demand
  • Ethernet-capable, integrates with third-party mail-order and e-commerce systems
  • Same safe hand-load design, AutoTouch™ screen and left/right configuration as the 500

Best for: multi-SKU e-commerce order fulfilment where every order is different and every bag needs its own print.

Wide bagger

AUTOBAG® 600 Wide

The same platform scaled up: a 400 mm-wide bag loading area and bags up to 680 mm long, cycling at over 65 bags per minute for large and bulk products.

  • 400 mm wide loading area suits apparel, multipacks, and bulky or awkward items
  • 150 mm adjustable pass-through for thicker products
  • Add the AutoLabel 600P™ inline imprinter for a wide-format Print-and-Pack™ station
  • Same inherently safe hand-load design, AutoTouch™ HMI and servo-driven platform
  • A horizontal variant (600H) offers a large flat workspace for e-commerce fulfilment

Best for: operations whose products outgrew a standard bagger — clothing, homeware, larger accessories.

Wide bagger + printer

AUTOBAG® 650

Wide-format bagging with next-bag-out printing: a thermal-transfer imprinter sits directly over the next large bag, so even 400 mm-wide packs come off the machine printed, filled and sealed in one pass.

  • Next-bag-out printing on wide bags eliminates the separate labelling operation
  • Networkable for full pack-station integration and central monitoring
  • 45° tilt option orients long or delicate products; horizontal option adds a large workspace
  • SimpleCount™ counting system and infeed funnel options for kitting work

Best for: wide products that also need per-order print — printed apparel bags, mixed large-item fulfilment, short-run contract packing.
